I've done a few beginner kits before and the intermediate rating here is fair, mostly because of all the little details on this one. The step-by-step video tutorials saved me more than once when I got stuck on a tricky stitch. Took me a whole weekend but she turned out adorable.
The curly loop stitches for Stormy's floofy texture looked intimidating at first, but the pre-started piece and stitch markers made it click after a couple rounds. Took me about three evenings and she came out way cuter than I expected. Definitely an intermediate kit, but a fun one.
I've crocheted a few amigurumi before, so the intermediate rating felt about right, but the step-by-step videos made the trickier parts way less intimidating. Stormy's little curly details came out so cute, and now she sits on my desk next to my monitor.
